Shows the cumulated number of returns that a user generated from his first contact until his last visit.
Example for calculation:
A user generated 2 orders
- Order 1 from January was returned.
- Order 2 from February was not returned.
The value for "URM - Customer Profile Returns" is 1.
Please note that analyzing the development of this metric over time is usually not useful because there is no time reference.
The return must be passed to Webtrekk using the predefined E-Commerce parameter "return value".
