This can be explained with the submission of the product status.
"Purchased Products" are products, that have been measured with the product status "conf". However, "Qty Product Views" is based on the product status "view". The "Product Conversion Rate" is calculated by the formula "Qty Purchased Products" / "Qty Product Views" * 100.
"conf" and "view" cannot be measured at the same time. Thus, for the elements of the dimension "Purchased Products" no "Qty Product Views" can be measured and as a consequence no "Product Conversion Rate" can be calculated.
In order to display values for "Product Conversion Rate" and "Qty Product Views", use the dimension "Products":
