Shows the accumulated discount values, that a visitor got granted since his first contact up until his last visit.Calculation example:
A user made 2 orders:
- Order 1 in January: Order value 100 Euros (including 5 Euros discount).
- Order 2 in February: Order value 200 Euros (including 10 Euros discount).
The Customer Profile Discount Value is 15 Euros.
Please note, that the use of this metric over time is usually not useful, as there is no time reference.
The discount value has to be submitted to Mapp Intelligence via a separate parameter.
