There is the possibility to set update or reset the content groups (via Webtrekk Q3 > Configuration > Categories > Export/Import button at "Content Groups", tab "Reset" ("Reset" is visible only if it is activated for this account)). There can be the following causes that an update of a content group for a page did not happen:
- The setting for the content group is "First Pixel Assignment" = "No".
- The page has not been called within the update time interval.
- The page has been called after x other pages have already been called, where x is determined by the maximum number of categories that are updated within the update time interval.
For activation of the "Reset" option and information about the maximum number of categories that can be updated ask the Webtrekk customer support.
