Webtrekk provides an API, that offers several advantages in comparison to the standard campaign tracking:
- The structure of Google AdWords (campaign, ad group, ad) is applied to Webtrekk and synchronized continuously. All changes are available in Webtrekk on the next day at latest.
- Furthermore, the used keywords including match type can be tracked.
- Important metrics from Google AdWords (e.g. Costs, Clicks, CTR) are also available in Webtrekk.
In order to use the API just a connection to you Google AdWords account has to be set up.
